About Guided Growth Outreach Foundation

Guided Growth Outreach Foundation (GGOF) is a South Carolina nonprofit corporation founded in June 2026 and based in Columbia, South Carolina. We exist to close the technology education gap for underserved youth in the Richland County area -- providing free, hands-on IT and cybersecurity programming to young people who deserve every opportunity to compete in a tech-driven world.

Our Founder

GGOF was founded by Jasmine Glisson, an Information Security professional with over seven years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity governance, and enterprise IT across healthcare and financial services. Jasmine built this foundation on a simple belief: the skills that open doors to high-paying tech careers should not be gatekept by zip code, income, or access.

What started as a self-funded youth class became a movement. GGOF is Jasmine's commitment to pour back into the community that shaped her.
